Paxton Net2 Installer NYC
Paxton Net2 is the practical access-control choice for a lot of NYC small and mid-size projects. It scales from a single door to several hundred without needing enterprise software, and the management interface is simple enough that a property manager can run it without a dedicated IT person. We install Paxton Net2 in offices, multi-tenant buildings, and small commercial spaces across the city.
What We Install

Switch2 Migration

Where We Install
Small-to-mid offices in Midtown, Flatiron, NoMad, and the Financial District. Multi-tenant rental buildings in Brooklyn and Queens that want a property-manager-run access platform. Industrial and warehouse spaces in Sunset Park and Long Island City. Storefronts and small retail across the boroughs.
Paxton Installs — Common Questions
Paxton Net2 vs HID vs Brivo: which is right?
Paxton Net2 fits projects from 1 to about 300 doors where the management software runs on the building's own server or a property-manager workstation. HID is more common in enterprise deployments where the customer wants a specific reader-credential ecosystem. Brivo is cloud-native and a good fit when the client wants no on-site server. We install all three and will recommend based on scale, IT environment, and ongoing management preference.
Can I run Paxton Net2 without dedicated IT staff?
Yes. Most of our property-manager clients run their own day-to-day administration: adding tenants, deactivating cards, pulling event logs. We provide handover training during commissioning.
Do mobile credentials work without a card?
Yes. Paxton mobile credentials let users tap a phone or use Bluetooth-range entry without needing a physical card.
How long does a Paxton install take?
A 4-door office is typically a 2-day install plus commissioning. A 50-door building runs 3 to 4 weeks including cabling and door prep.
Can you integrate Paxton with my intercom?
Yes. Comelit, Aiphone, and ButterflyMX all integrate with Paxton Net2 to varying degrees. We program the integration during commissioning.
Are you pursuing Paxton authorized installer status?
Yes. We are pursuing Paxton's authorized installer program.
