Desigo CC vs APOGEE Insight: when do I migrate?
APOGEE Insight has been the workhorse for years but is being phased toward Desigo CC. If your controls hardware is past mid-life or if you need modern web-based supervisory access, Desigo CC is the migration path. We do this migration regularly.
Can you take over support of an existing Siemens BMS?
Yes. We start with a controls audit, BACnet network walk, and panel inspection. From there we'll provide a support proposal scoped to your building.
Does Siemens BMS integrate with my access-control or VMS?
Yes. BACnet-to-Niagara gateways and direct integration with major VMS and access platforms are configurations we deploy regularly.
Can you submeter tenants for cost recovery?
Yes. Tenant submetering and billing reports are a common scope for our commercial real estate clients.
Do you handle Local Law 87 energy audits?
Yes. We provide the controls-side data and configuration support that LL87 retrocommissioning requires.

Midtown Tower APOGEE to Desigo CC
A Midtown commercial tower replaced an aging APOGEE supervisory layer with Desigo CC, retaining the field-level APOGEE controllers and migrating the operator workstations and reporting layer. Migration ran 14 weeks across two phases. Property manager now monitors the full BMS, lighting, and tenant submetering from a single web interface.
