Win-PAK Installer NYC
Win-PAK is one of the most-deployed Honeywell access platforms in NYC commercial real estate. We install Win-PAK at sites where it's the right fit, support buildings already on Win-PAK, and migrate clients to PRO-Watch when scope or feature gaps demand it. We also integrate Win-PAK with cameras, intercom, and intrusion to deliver a unified property-management view.
What We Install
Server & Controllers
Win-PAK server and controller infrastructure across single-site and small-portfolio deployments.
NetAXS & PW-Series
NetAXS panels and PW-series controllers for door-level access control across small to mid-size buildings.
Honeywell Mobile Credentials
Card, fob, and Honeywell mobile-credential support tied to a unified credential database.
Video Integration
Honeywell DVR, MAXPRO VMS, and third-party video platform integration via SDK.
Visitor Management
Visitor management and reporting modules for buildings tracking guest access and audit trail.
PRO-Watch Migration

Where We Install
Commercial offices and tenant spaces across Midtown, Downtown, and Brooklyn. Multifamily buildings in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens that adopted Win-PAK in the 2010s and now need maintenance, expansion, or modernization. Educational and institutional facilities. Mixed-use buildings combining office and residential units.
Win-PAK Installs — Common Questions
Win-PAK vs PRO-Watch: when do I migrate?
Win-PAK is a strong fit for sites with up to a few thousand cardholders and modest integration scope. PRO-Watch is the migration path for clients who have outgrown Win-PAK or need deeper integration with video, intrusion, and visitor management. We do this migration regularly.
My building is already on Win-PAK. Can you take over support?
Yes. We do Win-PAK takeovers including a full audit of the existing config, panel firmware, credential database, and integration health.
How does Win-PAK integrate with cameras?
Honeywell MAXPRO VMS integrates natively. Third-party VMS integrations are SDK-level and work cleanly when configured.
How much does a Win-PAK install or upgrade cost?
A 6-to-15-door commercial install typically falls in the $25,000 to $80,000 range including hardware, labor, and commissioning. Existing-system takeovers and audits start at $2,500.
Can Win-PAK manage multi-site portfolios?
Win-PAK can manage modest multi-site deployments. For larger portfolios we typically migrate to PRO-Watch. We'll size the recommendation based on door count and growth.
Are you pursuing Honeywell ProDealer status?
Yes. We are working through the Honeywell ProDealer program for direct support and parts access.
Bronx Multifamily Portfolio Consolidation
A 4-building multifamily portfolio in the Bronx had Win-PAK installations from three different installers, each configured differently. We did a portfolio-wide audit, normalized the configuration, consolidated cardholder databases, and built a single management view for the property manager. Cardholder onboarding went from 4 systems to 1.
